The Cambridge Arctic Shelf Programme has been a team effort since 1975. Its objective has been to summarize Arctic stratigraphy and tectonics. During the last 2 years, palinspastic maps for the whole Arctic have been checked systematically against stratigraphic data and the favored reconstructions are being computerized.
