The Upper Devonian Antrim Previous HitShaleNext Hit is an organic-rich marine Previous HitshaleNext Hit that provides significant unconventional US Previous HitgasNext Hit reserves. Previous HitGasNext Hit production in June 1994 reached 315 MMCFD from approximately 3700 wells. The productive trend, which covers 700 square miles, occurs near the formation's northern subcrop in the Michigan Basin. Three primary factors contribute to the unconventional nature of the Antrim Previous HitgasNext Hit play: 1) methane desorption from kerogen, 2) orthogonal regional fractures, and 3) a portion of the Previous HitgasTop is self-sourced from rock of low thermal maturity.
