Title: Developments in Atlantic Coastal States Between New Jersey and South Carolina in 1956

Abstract:

Drilling activity continued in Garrett County, Maryland, with 6 new gas producers. Activity continued in Buchanan, Dickenson, Rockingham, Russell, and Wise counties in southwestern Virginia with 21 new wells. Production of oil continued in Lee County, Virginia, although there were no new wells. There was no activity in the Coastal Plain of the states covered in this report.
