Title: Developments in Eastern and Northwestern Colorado and Western Nebraska in 1969

Abstract:

Total drilling for the year nearly doubled from 1968. The increase occurred in the Denver basin of Colorado and Nebraska and southeastern Colorado. New discoveries declined despite the increased drilling.

Denver basin production has been extended southwest 30 mi by the Ironhorse discovery. Five new Mississippian fields on the Las Animas arch will give added interest to this area.
