Title: Oil and Gas Developments in New York State and New England During 1970

Abstract:

Natural gas production in New York State declined in 1970. Of 15 Silurian tests, 12 were gas, and 4 of 11 Devonian tests were gas wells. Seventy-six oil field development wells were drilled. There was no activity in New England.
