Abstract:

Drilling activity in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle increased in total wells drilled and total footage cut, and the success rate also increased. Principal activity was in Oklahoma, but the most significant well was in the Texas Panhandle where first Arbuckle production was established for Wheeler County.
