The insert map shows a seismic amplitude extraction on the top reservoir surface that depicts the similar seismic amplitude of both the reservoir blocks and the interblock sediment that may create these cross-block connections. The map also indicates areas of interblock sediment nondeposition or erosion. The table inset within the figure shows the area (square kilometers), average thickness (milliseconds), and average seismic amplitude for each of the six highlighted reservoir zones.
