Permeability test program consisting of a sample saturation stage followed by two loading-unloading confining pressure (Pc) cycles. The steady-state permeability tests are conducted at isostatic (vertical = horizontal) confining stress conditions. The effective stress is the Pc minus the pore pressure (Pp). The average total time to complete the test program is ∼30 days per sample.
