Sawback Range Devonian Section

ABSTRACT
A well exposed section of Palliser, Alexo, Cairn and Southesk is present at the south end of the Sawback Range. The lithologies and stratigraphic relationships of the formations are well displayed, and provide evidence of shallow-water conditions during their deposition.
The object of this paper is not just to describe another stratigraphic section but much more to attract other individuals to see an interesting section for themselves.
