Previous HitGhostNext Hit River Type Section

J. D. Aitken

The Main Ranges Cambrian succession is recognizable in the Previous HitGhostNext Hit River type section; the name "Previous HitGhostNext Hit River" is therefore redundant. Pre-Fairholme Devonian rocks, largely detrital red beds, are very thin at the "Previous HitGhostTop River" type section, but thicken considerably in a sub-Devonian channel nearby.
