A Model for Optimum Exploration in Indonesia
Abstract
This study is a continuation of our study presented at the 18th IPA conference entitled "Exploration Economics Model for Indonesia". The former study looked at a single explored basin and a single unexplored basin. This study attempts to model all of Indonesia by dividing Indonesia into one large explored basin and one large unexplored basin. The objectives of these studies are to estimate how the level of efforts by the contractors will vary as contractor share and hydrocarbon prices vary.
