Quick Preparation of Peel-prints for Sedimentary Petrography: NOTES

ABSTRACT
Acetate peels made from sheets of commercial acetate film are quicker, easier, and less expensive to prepare than peels made by the old acetate solution method. Textural details of polished rock sections are best recorded on acetate peels if the film is not firmly pressed against the rock.
