ABSTRACT
A Mechanical method of separation of sand grains, based on an inclined plane, is presented in this paper. The grains of different roundness are separated at different angles of the inclined plane. The numerical scale of roundness, or better, abrasion grade," as well as some applications of the method, are herein suggested.
