ABSTRACT
Structures resembling molds of tadpole nests are reported from the shallow marine Lower Quartzite Member of the Tal Formation (Upper Jurassic), Simla Himalaya. The structures are circular in shape and vary in size from 0.7 cm to 1.1 cm. The structures in side view have a raised semicircular shape and show a thin lining of shale.
