Abstract
The South Barito PSC in SE Kalimantan, Indonesia was signed in 2009 with the majority of the acreage onshore. Seismic was acquired over the area in 2010. Source rocks for the block include Eocene coals and Eocene shales/ coaly shales. Seals for primary reservoir targets are present and include the Eocene Tanjung deltaic and shallow marine shales. The first prospect will be drilled in 2011.
