Carol A. Law

Carol Law is the Technical Challenge Leader of the Hydrocarbon System Team of BPAmoco. She was the Manager of Geoscience Technology in the Strategic Exploration Organization of Amoco prior to the BP/Amoco merger. Before joining Amoco she was the Manager of Basin Modeling at Geomath Inc., the Houston-based affiliate of the Institute Franais du Petrole, where she managed sales and marketing of basin modeling software and acted as a consultant to the petroleum industry. She began her career with Conoco Inc. in the Ponca City-based research organization and moved to the Houston-based Worldwide Exploration Services Division. Law has been involved in basin modeling and geochemistry applications and research since the onset of her career.
