Arnie Ostrander is an oil and gas exploration consultant specializing in the integration of magnetotelluric methods and surface geochemistry in frontier basin exploration and in underdeveloped stratigraphic plays in producing basins.  He earned his B.A. in geology in 1974 from the University of Montana.  He began his professional career with Zonge Engineering and Research Organization from 1975 to 1985, was with Phoenix Geosciences, Inc. from 1988 to 1991, and has been an independent consultant since 1991.
