This review of the Permo-Penn field trip takes a last look at the journeys of the previous four days. From the Tensleep sand seas to the Minnelusa sabkhas to the Hartville marine limestones, an expose of these eastern Wyoming strata tells the tale common to many coastal dune and sabkha systems of geologic time.
