Uninterpreted (B) and interpreted (C) seismic inset line showing stacked transgressive–regressive shelf–slope wedges fronted by submarine fans. The basin underwent rapid subsidence at the time and the water depth in the central part of the basin was probably several hundred meters. See Figures 1 and 10 for line location.
