The original porosity (Ope) is equal to the average calculated Ope of all the sandstone samples. The porosity loss in the main compaction stage is equal to the sum of clay content and calculated porosity loss from compaction. The porosity loss in the main carbonate cementation stage is equal to the calculated porosity loss from cementation minus the secondary porosity. All the data are in Table 3.
