Unocal Career Planning and Development System in the Fast Changes of Globalization Era

Abstract

Human Resources have been viewed as a greatest asset in an organization and therefore their planning, utilization and development has taken an importance in enabling the organization to thrive in the competitive turbulence of business world.

As a company that continues to grow and expand, Unocal is fully aware in the need for taking well-planned actions to ensure availability of high caliber human resources to staff the organization on continuing basis. Career Planning and Development at Unocal addresses exactly this purpose to sustain high performance of the Company's operation due to high performing employees in all parts of the Company.
