Grain-size Parameters and Paleoenvironments of the Nubia Sandstone

ABSTRACT
Several methods of interpreting grain-size data were applied to the Nubia Sandstone of Kharga Oasis, Egypt. The methods applied are those based on percentile measures. They were found unsuccessful in allocating the sandstones to certain paleoenvironments.
